A thought for the day...

As you might imagine, things have been a little hectic with the passing of our former bishop, who was laid to rest this morning.

There are a few good things in the pipeline. Between now and then, here's a beautiful quote from St. John Chrysostom, taken from tomorrow's Office of Readings (ferial):

Thus I have shown you five paths of repentance: condemnation of your sins, forgiveness of our neighbor’s sins against us, prayer, almsgiving and humility.

How many of these 'paths' have you walked down today?
